Polly Faithfull

Polly joined Burgess Mee in November 2020. Prior to this, she trained at a leading Magic Circle family boutique where she gained a wealth of experience in private family law matters, including complex financial proceedings for high net worth individuals, pre-nuptial agreements and child arrangements. Polly has also trained in property law.

Polly studied Law with Politics LLB at the University of Manchester. After graduating, she worked in the marketing teams at RedBull and Deliveroo in the UK and Australia respectively. She then decided to pursue her career in family law and completed the Legal Practise Course with the LLM at the University of Law in Guilford, where she attained distinction.

Polly is a member of Resolution, an organisation which promotes a constructive approach to resolving family disputes.

Outside of work Polly enjoys living an active lifestyle, spending her time either running, CrossFit or practising yoga. Her other interests include playing golf, photography and being by the coast.
